Scope

The Center for Criminal Law Studies, Faculty of Law, Universitas Trisakti  (PSHP) Faculty of Law, Universitas Trisakti  is a study center located and under the responsibility of the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Trisakti University. The Center for Criminal Law Studies of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Trisakti, contributes to provide thought and knowledge as well as expertise related to criminal law issues in the field of law enforcement at the Police, Prosecutor and Court levels.

Performance

The Center for Criminal Law Studies is a means of improving and deepening the quality of research and scientific development, such as in the fields of legislation and justice. The field of legislation that has been carried out by the Center is providing recommendations to the Government and the Parliament regarding the formulation of the Draft Law on the Corruption Eradication Commission until it becomes the Corruption Eradication Commission Law.

The areas of research, development, and community service will include, but not limited to:

  1. Our highest commitment to the research and development of Criminal Law, such as special and general criminal law, as well as  the  criminal procedural law.
  2. The Center for Criminal Law Studies has experiences collaborating with the Government, Parliament and judicial institutions in the fields of research studies and scientific development.
  3. Flexibility in involving practitioners and students in each activity.
  4. Easily accessible output (Laws, webinars, books).

Structure

Based on the Decree of the Rector of  Universitas Trisakti Number 050/USAKTI/SKR/II/2024 dated February 1 2024, the membership of the Center for Criminal Law Studies, Faculty of Law, Universitas Trisakti  has been determined with the following structure:
