In a heartwarming display of solidarity and social care, the Alumni Association of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Trisakti (IKA FH Usakti), organized a mass wedding ceremony on Sunday, November 17, 2024. Held at the Ash-Syuhada Mosque, Campus A, Universitas Trisakti, the event saw ten couples officially tie the knot, creating a touching and joyous atmosphere.

The meaningful event was inaugurated by the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Dr. Dra. Hj. Siti Nurbaiti, SH, MH, who expressed her pride and support for the initiative. “We wholeheartedly support and appreciate this positive social action spearheaded by IKA FH Usakti,” she remarked.

The Chairman of IKA FH Usakti, Sahala Siahan, S.H., also delivered an inspiring speech. “This mass wedding is a tangible manifestation of our commitment to helping others, especially couples who face financial or administrative challenges in formalizing their marriage. We hope this event brings blessings and happiness to everyone involved,” he said warmly.

The marriage ceremonies took place at the Grogol Petamburan Religious Affairs Office (KUA) and the Ash-Syuhada Mosque, followed by a reception at the same venue. Families, friends, and alumni attended enthusiastically, celebrating this significant milestone with the couples. The reception not only served as a joyous celebration but also as a show of moral support from the Trisakti Faculty of Law alumni community for the newlyweds.
