Faculty of Law, Universities Trisakti in collaboration with the Association of Heads of Indonesia Law Colleges (APPTHI), will convene an International Conference entitled “Changing of Law in the Digital Era”. The Conference is trying to resolve legal issues deal with technological developments, especially in the field of law.

The Conference will be held in Hybrid method, at 22nd July 2023, starting from 09am – 4pm Indonesia Time (WIB). The Plenary Session of the Experts will be conducted offline (09-12am) in Prof. E. Suherman Hall, 2nd Floor, H Building of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Trisakti. While the Plenary Session of Presenters will be conducted online via Zoom Meeting, starting from 2-4pm WIB.

The Conference organized by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Trisakti with support of Pasqapro, an institution engaged in the academic field with a concentration on publication of research outputs. The Conference is supported by a number of well-known universities as Co-Hosts; such as The New York University, Hankuk University of Korea, University Kebangsaan Malaysia, and also supported by domestic universities such as Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Hukum Sumpah Pemuda, Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta, Universitas Borobudur, Universitas Islam Jakarta, Universitas Yarsi, and Universitas Surya Kancana.

The experts who will attend the Plenary Session are: Prof. Kevin E. Davis (New York University); Prof. Sybe de Vries (Utrecht University); Prof. Dr. Cho Hee-Moon (Hankuk University of Korea); Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jadi Zaidi Hassim (University Kebangsaan Malaysia); and Dr. Dra. Siti Nurbaiti, S.H., M.H. business law expert who is also the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Trisakti. The Plenary Session will be hosted by Abdurrachman Satria Pratomo, S.H., LL.M. as Moderator. The Keynote Speakers at the Conference will be Prof. Dr. Edy Lisdyono, S.H., M.H. as the Chairman of APPTHI, and Prof Dr. Ir. Kadarsah Suryadi, DEA (Rector of Universitas Trisakti), who will also officially open this international conference.

To achieve a high probability that the paper can be accepted by reputable publishers indexed by Scopus or Web of Science (WoS), each paper will be examined in several phases, namely: review process (Turnitin & AI, maximum 20%); citation style (Mendeley, American Psychological Association style – APA 7th Edition); and peer-review process. The process of submitted abstracts and papers; review processes; and all correspondence related to this Conference will be conducted by electronic communications.***
