The Third theme of The Scientific Week Of Faculty’s of Law Trisakti University 2023 is Socialization or launching of the textbook titled “Deeds of Land Deed Officials (PPAT) and The Procedures For making Them,” published by the Indonesian Association Of Publishers (IKAPI) member publisher, PT. Rajawali Buana Pustaka.

Research Summary :

This book is a textbookfor the Practical Training of Deed Making Practice in the Law Program at USAKTI. The book contains the procedures for making Deeds of Land Deed official (PPAT), namely : Deed of Sale Purchase, Deed of Gift, Deed of Division of Join Rights, Deed of Exchange , Deed of Contribution to a Company (Inbreng), Deed of Granting the Right to Build/Right to use on Land Ownership, Deed of Granting Collateral (APHT) along with their legal constructions, tax calculations, and examples of deeds.

The socialization of the textbook titled “Deeds of Land Deed official (PPAT) and the procedures for making Them” is highly relevant to the courses offered at the Faculty’s of Law, Trisakti Univesity, particulary the practice of Deed making, which will be explained by the author himself. It is expected that students specializing in Agrarian Law and other fields at the Faculty of Law Trisakti University.
