Following up on the Cooperation Agreement between the South Tangerang City Government and the Faculty of Law at Trisakti University, Number: 100.3.7.1/4037/Tapem/2023; Number 33165/D/FH/IX/2023, through research and community service (PKM) in the South Tangerang Regional Government area, lecturers from the Faculty of Law Universitas Trisakti conducted a legal counseling activity on August 15, 2024, at PKBM Tinta Ilmu. The topic was “Legal Policies for the Prevention and Handling of Violence Against Women and Children.”

The presenters from the Faculty of Law Universitas Trisakti were Dr. Maria Silvya E. Wangga, SH, MH, Dr. Wahyuni Retnowulandari, SH, MHum, Maya Indrasti Notoprayitno, SH, MS.i, Ph.D, Dr. Ayu Nrangwesti, SH, MH, and Laura Erika Hasibuan, SH, MH, with assistance from education staff (Ahmad Saifudin, S.Kom) and students (Syafira Aulia Arinda Putik and Qoyum Aria Di Rama). The speaker from the South Tangerang City Government was Mr. Cahyadi, S.T, M.A.P, Head of DP3AP2KB of South Tangerang City. The event began with a report from the chairperson of the committee, Mrs. Dra. Irma Safitri, Coordinator of the Women’s Protection and Special Child Protection Division of South Tangerang City. The participants in the PKM activity were 100 employees representing various regional government agencies of South Tangerang.
