On Thursday, December 5, 2024, at 10:00 AM WITA, the Implementation of the Cooperation Agreement (PPKS) was signed at the office of the North Sulawesi Regional Police Chief by:

• Dr. Endang Pandamdari, SH., CN., MH. (Head of the Doctoral Program in Legal Studies, Universitas Trisakti)
• Irjen. Pol. Roycke Harry Langie, SIK., MH. (Chief of North Sulawesi Regional Police)

The signing was followed by a Community Service Program titled “Legal Education on Legal Issues Related to Criminal Offenses in Insurance, Agrarian Law, Family Law, and Inheritance from a Gender Perspective in Minahasa/Manado.” The event, held in the Catur Prasetya Room at the North Sulawesi Regional Police Headquarters, is part of the implementation of the Cooperation Agreement between the Faculty of Law, Universitas Trisakti, and the North Sulawesi Regional Police.

The community service program was officially opened by Kombes Pol. Sucahyo Hadi, SIK., MH. (Head of North Sulawesi Regional Police’s Education and Training Center) and Dr. Dra. Hj. Siti Nurbaiti, SH., M.Hum. (Dean of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Trisakti).

The resource persons for the program included:

• Dr. Dra. Hj. Siti Nurbaiti, SH., M.Hum.
• Dr. Wahyuni Retnowulandari, SH., M.Hum.
• Dr. Endang Pandamdari, SH., CN., MH.

This activity aimed to enhance the legal knowledge and understanding of police officers within the North Sulawesi Regional Police, particularly in addressing legal challenges in their areas of responsibility.
