On Thursday, April 25, 2024, the Faculty of Law, Universitas Trisakti, held a “Guest Lecture” activity with the theme “Legal Philosophy and Judicial Argumentation,” delivered by Mr. Dr. Pauline Phoa, LLM, Researcher and Assistant Professor from Utrecht University. This activity is one of the forms of implementation of the cooperation established between the Faculty of Law, Universitas Trisakti, and Utrecht University School of Law. The event was attended by lecturers teaching Legal Philosophy and Legal Logic courses, doctoral students in Law, and master’s students in Law.

The organization of this Guest Lecture activity is expected to broaden the lecturers’ insights into the development of legal philosophy and legal argumentation/logic in other countries and to benefit students in preparing their theses and dissertations.
