Scope

The Center for Transportation and Telecommunications Law Studies is a study center that specializes in studying legal issues in the fields of transportation and telecommunications. Studies in the field of transportation law will include land, sea and air transportation as well as space transportation. Meanwhile, studies in the field of telecommunications law will cover satellite telecommunications and telecommunications via the internet (cyber telecommunications), both at the national and international levels. Apart from studies or research, the study center also carries out community service activities by providing legal counseling in these two fields.

Performance

The Center for Transportation and Telecommunications Law Studies carries out scientific activities consisting of activities in the fields of Education and Teaching; Study; and Community Service. These activities include scientific activities such as:

2. Community service
3. Workshops and Seminars
4. Book publication

Structure

Based on the Decree of the Rector of Universitas Trisakti Number 050/USAKTI/SKR/II/2024 dated 1 February 2024, the Membership of the Center for Transportation and Telecommunications Law Studies, Faculty of Law, Universitas Trisakti has been determined with the following composition:
