Following the Cooperation Agreement between the South Tangerang City Government and the Faculty of Law, Trisakti University, Number: 100.3.7.1/4037/Tapem/2023; Number 33165/D/FH/IX/2023, through research and Community Service (PkM) in the South Tangerang Regional Government area, lecturers from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Trisakti conducted a legal counseling session on September 5, 2024, at the Serpong Sub-District Hall.

The topics covered in the counseling were “Property Guarantee” and “Civil Liability and Liability for Breach of Contract and Unlawful Acts,” presented by lecturers from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Trisakti, including Prof. Dr. Elfrida R. Gultom, S.H., M.Hum., M.Kn and Dwi Alfianto, S.H., M.H., assisted by lecturers A. Satrio, S.H., LLM and I Gede Yudi Arsawan, S.H., M.Kn, with support from administrative staff Bapak Sonny Sugiarto, S.M., and students Ghayana Aditya Putra and Valento Wijaya.

The event began with a speech from the South Tangerang Sub-District Head, Syaifuddin, S.Pd., M.Si. Participants in the PkM activity included the Legal Division of the South Tangerang City Secretariat, Serpong Sub-District Head, North Serpong Sub-District Head, Pamulang Sub-District Head, and village heads from the three sub-districts, with a total of 50 participants.
