With pride, the Faculty of Law Universitas Trisakti presents the Paralegal Education and Training event organized by LKBH Trisakti in collaboration with LBH Hade Indonesia Raya. This training took place from June 26-28, 2024, and was attended by 49 participants over three days with the aim of creating quality and integrity-driven paralegals.

The opening ceremony was attended by:

• Dr. (HC) Asrul Alamsyah, SPDI SIP, M.M. – Advisory Board of Hade Indonesia Raya Law Institute, along with the team.
• Dr. Dra. HJ. Siti Nurbaiti, S.H., M.H. – Dean of the Faculty of Law Universitas Trisakti, along with the team.
• Sopyan, S.Sos., S.H., M.H. – Head of the Center for Legal Culture and Assistance, National Law Development Agency, along with the team.

On the first day, participants received four fundamental materials:

1. Paralegalism by Masan Nurpian, S.H., M.H., C.Pm
2. Legal Aid and Advocacy by R Habibi, S.H., M.H., C.Pm
3. The Rule of Law and Democracy by Hermansyah S.H., M.H
4. Human Rights by Febranto, S.H., M.H

The second day continued with three important materials:

1. Techniques for Drafting Reports, Complaints, and Chronologies by David Nuriman, S.H., M.H. and Yongky Edward Majakirto, S.H., M.H.
2. Social Structure by Wahyu Warsito, S.H., M.H. and Jukoco Hendarto, S.E., M.Sos.
3. Overview of the Judicial System in Indonesia by Dr. Khunaifi Alhumami, S.H., M.H.

The third day concluded with two crucial materials:

1. Paralegal Communication Techniques by Dr. Andi Widiatno Hummerson, S.Kom., S.H., M.H.
2. Gender Minorities and Vulnerable Groups by Dr. Hj. Wahyuni Retnowulandari, S.H., M.Hum
